We specialize in Wire EDM machining of simple and complex shapes and patterns that would be very challenging to produce with conventional cutting tools. We are able to achieve tight dimensional accuracy for close-fitting parts to within +/-.0001. Our machines are capable of 4 axis taper cuts up to 45 degrees. Customers utilize our Wire EDM spin/burn capabilities to machine complex core pins. This is more cost-effective than the traditional multi-setup dead-tru grinding.
